The Other Side
In grade 9 I watched something that changed my life... it was around the same time I started playing music...so .. I was watchful...of things....music related.
During some kind of school assembly ...we sat in the gym... the curtain opened... and Tarky Whitlock, Ryan Younker, I think Ian Smith...and maybe somebody else...played EMF's "Unbelievable.."
BOOOOOM!!!
The first time I watched a rock band in front of my eyes where I was paying attention.
And then a few years later... I got my chance to play with Tarky and Ian and Chris Walsh in a band called "The Other Side". We played Guns and Roses covers ..and other stuff... but all I remember was playing Guns and Roses covers and kicking ass...
